临床药师干预一类切口围术期预防用抗菌药物效果分析

摘　　要：目的:评价我院临床药师干预围术期抗菌药物预防性应用的效果。方法:采用回顾性方法,对我院实施干预前2011年4-9月和干预后2011年10月-2012年3月的一类切口手术病历进行统计、分析。结果:通过干预,一类切口围术期抗菌药物使用率下降了21.40%,在药物选择、给药时机、术后给药、用法用量、联合用药指标方面不合理比例分别下降了45.89%、49.81%、45.15%、20.40%、13.16%。结论:通过临床药师的干预,可明显提高围术期抗菌药物合理应用水平。Objective：To evaluate the effect of clinical pharmacists interventing in perioperative application of antibiotics of our hospital.Methods：By using retrospective method,the cases of type Ⅰ incision operation in our hospital during Apr.to Sep.2011（before intervention） and Oct.2011 to Mar.2012（after intervention） were analyzed statistically.Results：After intervention,the prophylactic perioperative application rate of antibiotics in type Ⅰ incision operation decreased by 21.40%,the proportion of irrationality of perioperative drug selection,drug timing,postoperative medication,usage and dosage and drug combination decreased by 45.89%,49.81%,45.15%,20.40% and 13.16%,respectively.Conclusion：The rate of rational drug use increases significantly after clinical pharmacists intervention.
