摘 要:分布式供能系统可行性研究的一项主要工作就是对建筑冷、热、电负荷特性进行分析,而不同用途的建筑物,其冷、热、电负荷特点各不相同。本文首先通过对商场、写字楼和酒店3种不同用途商业建筑的冷、热、电负荷进行调研和测试,绘制出了典型日负荷曲线和全年延时负荷曲线,并对其负荷的大小、变化范围、变化规律以及变化同步性进行了分析。而后,对所调研商场建筑的分布式能源系统进行了设计,计算结果表明在建筑负荷特性分析的基础上所设计的分布式能源系统与常规系统相比更具有节能效益和经济收益。As the main part of feasibility study of distributed energy system,the characteristics of building cooling,heating and power loads should be discussed in detail. Generally, different kinds of buildings have different load characteristics. In this paper, the cooling,heating and power loads of three commercial buildings (market,office building and hotel) in Guangzhou were invesitigated, and the corresponding hourly and yearly load curves for these three buildings were obtained. Furthermore, the characteristics of cooling, heating and power loads were studied, including the load size, variation scope, variation trend and variation synchrony. Besides, taking the market building as an example, its distributed energy system was designed based on the load demand. The results indicated that the applied distributed energy system had good energy efficiency and economic benefits. The conclusions in this paper would provide available reference for developing the distributed energy system in Guangzhou.
