摘　　要：以电梯电气部件为例，分析了可靠性问题的表现形式，指出产品的质量问题主要源于开发设计的策划目标与实际结果偏差过大，超出了组织和顾客的接受范围；讨论了如何在开发设计的源头，借鉴可靠性设计和应用的经验，依据检查表类型的设计规范，进行设计可靠性的分析与评估，提高策划输入的充分性，并制订合理的技术约束；提出预防和减少设计缺陷的建议，以期低成本地提升电梯电气部件设计的可靠性。Taking lift electrical parts, for example, analyses the performance of reliability issues, pointed out that product quality issues, mostly the development of design planning too much deviation between target and actual results, beyond the accepted scope of the organization and its customers. Discussed how in the development and design of source reliability design and application experience for reference, type according to the checklist of design specifications, design of reliability analysis and evaluation, improving the adequacy of planning input, and formulate a reasonable technical constraints. Proposals to prevent and reduce defects of design have been made, with a view to upgrading elevators with low cost design of reliability of electrical parts.
