摘　　要：针对期刊评价实践中专家评审数据获取困难的问题,建议利用现有引文数据库提供的信息构建新型专家评议指标,以测度期刊在学科专家群体中的影响力。提出期刊z指数指标并以国内图情类核心期刊为例进行实证研究,认为该方法能有效获取可反映专家评价意见的客观数据,而且具有成本低、可信度较高等优势。To overcome the difficuhies in gathering accurate data of expert evaluation in the practice of journal evaluation, this paper proposes a new indicator named z-index for journals to measure the academic influence of journals on experts, which can collect necessary information from the existing citation databases. The paper makes case study of LIS journals and proves that this method can not only acquire objective data reflecting evaluation opinion of experts but also has some advantages such as low cost and high reliability.
