摘 要:为了寻求一种较为合理的高浓低粘组合浆料的配方 ,针对高浓低粘浆料的混溶性进行了试验探讨 ,通过沉降率这一指标来反映混合浆混合的均匀程度和混溶性的优劣。试验结果表明 :磷酸酯淀粉的组合浆料其混溶性明显优于普通玉米淀粉的组合浆料 ;在浆液浓度为 1 0 % ,磷酸酯淀粉所占比例在 50 %以上 ,PVA 1 799∶PVA 0 588(或PVA 2 0 5MB)为 7∶3时 ,其组合浆料混溶性较好 ;在组合浆液中加入PVA 2 0 5MB时 ,其浆液较稳定。In order to find out a more reasonable formular of size mixture with high concentration and low viscosity,this paper discussed the compatibility of high concentration and low viscosity size with test,the test reflected the even level and the compatibility degree of size mixture based on the target of sedimentation rate.The test result showed that,the compatibility of size mixture with phosphate starch was better than the compatibility of size mixture with common maize starch,the compatibility of size mixture was better when the size liquor concentration was 10%,the proportion of phosphate starch was more than 50% and PVA\|1799∶PVA\|0588(or PVA\|205MB) was 7∶3,and the size liquor was more stable after added the PVA\|205MB to size mixture.
