摘　　要：研究了APSm53312 8菌的诱变过程、菌种特性及 30t发酵罐的生产情况。以L 异亮氨酸产生菌为出发菌株 ,经硫酸二乙脂诱变获得一株抗链霉素药性菌株APSm 53312 8,摇瓶产酸达 2 .8%～ 3 .0 % ,为LThis article reports the study of the mutagenic treatment of B.flavum, the character of APSm?533128, and the production of 30?t fermentation cylinder. APSm?533128 is obtained by using L-isdeucine as producing strain mutagenized with diethyl sulfate. The product of L-isdeucine shaked flask attains 2.8% to 3.0%. It providesthe good condition for L-isdeucine industry.
