摘　　要：目的:建立南五味子药材红外指纹图谱的鉴定分析新方法。方法:对不同产地南五味子药材进行红外光谱指纹图谱鉴别,并进行相似度计算与分析。结果:获得了6种不同产地南五味子药材的红外指纹图谱。结论:粉末的红外指纹图谱鉴定法可用于不同产地南五味子药材的鉴定和识别,相似度的计算结果进一步证明了方法的可行性。OBJECTIVE To provide a new method of FT-IR fingerprint to identify different habitats of Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et Wils..METHODS Analyze FT-IR fingerprint of different habitats of Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et Wils.,and the similarity of different fingerprint patterns was calculated and analyzed according to the wave numbers of peaks searched.RESULTS Obtain the different FT-IR fingerprint patterns of different habitats of Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et Wils.CONCLUSION This method can be used for identifications on different habitats of Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et Wils.The results of similarity calculation further prove the feasibility of this method.
