微生态制剂在慢性肝病治疗中的应用评价

摘　　要：目的:评价分析某三甲医院微生态制剂在慢性肝病治疗中的应用情况。方法:以双歧三联活菌胶囊、口服双歧杆菌嗜酸乳杆菌肠球菌三联活菌散剂、口服双歧杆菌乳杆菌嗜热链球菌三联活菌片、枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊为关键词,通过医院计算机系统检索出该院感染性疾病科、肝胆外科2010年1-12月份住院病历共171份,对年龄、性别、临床诊断、用药目的、用药起止时间、合并用抗菌药物等项目进行统计、分析。结果:使用微生态制剂的所有病例中,以枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊使用率最高,占87.13%;与抗菌药物联用率为63.16%;非适应症用率15.79%。结论:微生态制剂在某院感染性疾病科、肝胆外科应用广泛,对慢性肝病引起的肠道功能紊乱疗效显著,但也有使用不合理之处,通过药物利用评价严格适应征,减少经验用药,有利于提高微生态制剂的利用水平。OBJECTIVE To evaluate and analyze the utilization of microbioecologics in the treatment of chronic liver disease in a grade III class A hospital. METHODS The internet system of the hospital was search with the key-words bifid triple viable capsules, live combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Enterococcus powder, oral, live combined Bifidobacterium, Lacto- bacillus and Streptococcus thermophilus table, live combined Bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules; and 171 medical records were retrieved out from the Department of Infections disease and Department of Hepatobiliary surgery in this hospital between January and December in the year 2010. The 607 prescriptions were used for statistic analysis in term of age, sex, clinical diagnosis, drug purpose, etc. RESULTS In the use of microbioecologies in all cases, live combined Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus Jkzeciurrz enteric-coated capsules had the top utilization rate of 87. 13%. The utilization rate of anti- bacterial drugs combined use was 63. 16%, and the utilization rate of off-label indications use was 15.79%. CONCLUSION Microbioecologics was widely used in the Department of Infectious diseases and Department of Hepatobiliary surgery of our hospital, especially for the patients of intestinal tract function disorder which was caused by chronic liver disease. And there were also some improper cases; The measures, such as restricting the indications and decreasing empiric application will be helpful in promoting the rational use of microbioecologics.
