摘  要:目的:对医院外科系统抗菌药物的临床应用进行干预研究。方法:通过采用技术和行政相结合的综合措施对某院外科系统抗菌药物临床应用进行干预,比较干预前2010年与干预后2011年该院外科系统抗菌药物使用强度、人均抗菌药物费用、不合理用药人数、切口感染率、手术切口类别、26种抗菌药物耐药率。结果:采用综合干预措施后,不合理使用抗菌药物人数、抗菌药物使用率、切口感染率、抗菌药物使用强度、人均抗菌药物费用都明显比干预前降低,14种药物干预后比干预前的耐药率明显下降,9种抗菌药物干预前后耐药率无明显变化,只有复方磺胺甲叶恶唑、四环素、头孢吡肟的耐药率明显上升。结论:通过对外科系统抗菌药物临床应用进行技术和行政相结合的干预措施,不但可降低抗菌药物使用强度、不合理用药情况和抗菌药物使用率,而且可使手术切口感染率明显下降,并明显节约患者的治疗成本,这为卫生行政机构决策提供良好的客观依据。OBJECTIVE System of surgery antibacterial in our hospital clinical intervention study.METHODS By adopting the technical and administrative combined with comprehensive measures in our hospital System of Surgery antibacterial clinical intervention,Comparison of the intervention and after intervention before 2010 2011 we System of Surgery antibacterial drug use hospital in intensity,antibacterial of average per capita cost,unreasonable use of number,Incision infection rate,operation incision type,26 antimicrobial drug resistance rate.RESULTS By comprehensive intervention measures,the unreasonable use of the number of antibacterial,the usage of antimicrobial drugs,Incision infection rate,antibacterial Antibacterial of average per,using the strength of capita costs were significantly lower than before intervention,14 antibacterial after the intervention than before the intervention of the resistance of rate decreased significantly after intervention,9 antibacterial resistance rate has no obvious change,only compound sulfamethoxazole,tetracycline,cefepime resistance rate increased obviously.CONCLUSION Through to the System of Surgeryantibacterial clinical application technology and administration of combination of interventions,it not only can reduce the antibacterial drug use intensity,irrational drug use and the rate of use of antibacterial,and the Incision infection rate decreased significantly,and obviously save with the cost of treating patients,the health administrative institutions and decision-making provide favorable objective basis.
