摘　　要：论述了沈阳机床实施XTCAPP计算机辅助工艺规划软件,整合企业的工艺信息,实现CAD、PDM、CAPP数据共享,来提高企业的生产效率和工艺管理水平。具体介绍了采用XTCAPP功能模块来实现工艺编制、工艺基础数据管理以及XTCAPP在实施过程中需要解决的技术问题。实施XT-CAPP提供了一个集成化、网络化的工艺设计与管理环境,提高了企业信息化水平。This document generally illustrates that how the Shenyang Machine Tool Co. , Ltd. improves the produc- tion efficiency and the level of process management by operation a computer aided process planning soft- ware, integrating of public service information and realizing the CAD, PDM, CAPP data sharing. The document mainly introduces the achievement of the technology preparation process and the basis of data management by using the XTCAPP function module. The technical problems it solved during the imple- mentation are also introduced. The operation of XTCAPP provides an integrated and networking technol- ogy design and management environment which improves the level of the information technology of the enterprise.
