新兴市场国家制成品出口技术构成的收敛趋势研究

摘　　要：新兴市场国家在国际市场上的贸易竞争日益加剧,其主要原因在于这些国家处于相同的经济发展阶段,出口产品的技术构成呈明显的收敛趋势,产品之间有较高的可替代性。对新兴市场国家与高收入国家出口产品技术结构的欧氏距离测算表明,大多数新兴市场国家出口技术结构正在向高收入国家靠近,特别是中国、印度等亚洲国家,而且这些国家之间的技术结构差距也在明显缩小,技术结构的高度化和同步化趋势十分明显。进一步对不同技术水平出口产品的收敛性分析表明,中高技术水平和中低技术水平的产品收敛速度最快,表明这一技术层次的产品出口竞争最为激烈。新兴市场国家之间应当建立积极的协调机制,避免技术结构上的同步效应带来的冲突和对抗,谋求政治和经济上的共生共赢。The gradually intense competition of manufactured goods among emerging economies in international market can be attributed to the similar development stage they are in and their evident convergence in technical structure of manufactured exports which implies the high degree of alternatives among the exports of emerging countries.The Euclidean distance of technological structure of manufactured exports between emerging economies and high income countries shows that the technical structure of emerging economies,especially China,India and other Asian countries,is converging to the level of the high income countries.In the meantime,the differences of the structure among emerging economies are showing a downward trend which indicates that the technical structure among emerging economies is highly covergent.The convergence analysis on manufactured exports of different technical levels manifests that medium-high and medium-low technology manufactures share the fastest convergence which makes clearly that the two kinds of manufactured exports mentioned above are experiencing fierce competition in international market among emerging economies.So it is necessary for emerging economies to build up a coordination mechanism to avoid the conflict brought by the simultaneous effect on the technological structure and to pursue a win-win situation in both political and economical contacts.
