包头市城镇居民40岁以上男性勃起功能障碍流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的了解包头市城镇居民中老年男性勃起功能障碍（ED）患病情况及其相关影响因素。方法对2011年3月至2011年9月间在我院接受健康体检的1271名40岁以上男性进行IIEF-5问卷调查，同时了解其年龄、文化程度、不良生活习惯（吸烟、饮酒）、个人收入以及躯体疾病，建立调查表格。结果本组ED者566例，患病率为44．5％。40～49岁、50～59岁、60～69岁、〉70岁4组中，ED患病率分别为24．3％、46．8％、71．8％、、91．7％。冠心病或心绞痛组、前列腺增生组、糖尿病组、高脂血症组、高血压组ED患病率分别为80．7％、61．1％、50．5％、48．9％、47．2％。566例ED患者中，仅有81例曾经就诊或咨询过医生，占14．3％。结论年龄和躯体疾病包括高血压、高脂血症、冠心病或心绞痛、糖尿病、前列腺增生等是影响ED患病率的主要危险因素。ED患者就诊率低，仅占14．3％。Objective To investigate the prevalence and the risk factors of erectile dysfimction（ED） in men over 40 years old in Baotou. Methods A total of 1271 men over 40 years old in Baotou urban areas had been investigated by the questionnaire of IIEF-5 as well as their age, frequency of smoking and alcohol drinking, background of education, financial condition, and diseases. Results Out of all the patients, 566 had ED. The prevalence of ED in four aged groups, i.e. over 40 years,over 50 years, over 60 years and over 70 years were 24.3%, 46.82%,71.82% and 91.67% respectively. The prevalence of ED in the group with hypertention, hyperdelipimia, coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, diabetes, prostatic hyperplasia were 80.65%, 61.07%, 50.52%, 48.91% and 47.16% respectively. Only 81 cases （14.3%） went to see doctors. Conclution Age and diseases, such as hypertention, hyperdelipimia, coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, diabetes, prostatic hyperplasia are all the risk factors of ED. The patients with ED would not like to see doctors.
