摘  要:为改善乡村居住条件,开发了一种用于农村房屋的粘土相变建筑材料(LPM).以碱性激发剂激发粘土、矿渣的产物作为该材料的基材,以吸附储能相变石蜡的膨胀珍珠岩作为该材料的储能载体,并对碱激发粘土、矿渣基材的反应产物进行了初步研究,研究表明基材的水化产物主要为水化硅酸钙、水化铝酸钙及沸石.对LPM及相对应传统OPC材料的力学性能、储能性能及一维、三维条件下温度时间响应关系进行了测试,结果表明,在外界温度变化时,LPM相对于传统OPC材料具有升温、降温速度慢,温度变化平缓的优点,且具有合适的力学性能.In order to improve the rural living conditions, a clay phase change building material (LPM) used for rural houses was developed. The products of clay and slag activated with alkaline activator were taken as the substrate of the material, and the expanded perlite with adsorbing the energy storage phase change paraffin was selected as the energy storage carrier of the material. The preliminary study on the reaction products of the alkaline activated clay and slag were carded out. The study shows that the hydration products of the substrate are mainly hydrated calcium silicate, hydrated calcium aluminate and zeolite. In addition, the mechanical properties, energy storage property and temperature-time response relationship under one and three dimensional conditions for LPM and corresponding traditional OPC materials were tested. The results indicate that with changing the external temperature, LPM exhibits the low heating and cooling speed as well as the gentle temperature variation compared with the traditional OPC materials, and possesses the suitable mechanical properties.
