摘　　要：通过回顾深圳建设项目环评循环经济指标体系的构建过程,在对环评机构和环评编制人员广泛调研的基础上,总结实施效果,分析主要问题,建议调整和更新指标,区分行业和规模,完善监督体系,纳入规划环境影响评价。By reviewing the building of construction project EIA circular economy（CE ） indicators system of Shenzhen City, on the basis of widely investigation on environmental assessment institutions and technicians, the paper summarizes the implementation effect and analyzes the main issues. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the next step ,like adjusting and updating the indicators,distinguishing industries and scales,perfecting the supervision system,putting CE into plan environmental impact assessment （PEIA）.
