摘　　要：介绍了住友金属SRP短流程洁净钢生产工艺现状,阐述了转炉炼钢过程中高效脱磷、脱碳的工艺技术以及新开发的副枪控制系统的特点。采用多功能二次精炼法实现了深脱硫、脱氮,缩短了精炼时间,降低了能耗,并且,运用中间包底吹Ar去除夹杂物。通过改进水口内衬及采用电化学方法,防止水口堵塞;使用保温性能良好的结晶器保护渣,提高保温和润滑作用;加强钢水凝固冷却的控制,减少铸坯裂纹的产生。This paper introduces clean steel production status by SRP short flow process in Sumitomo Metal ,expatiates technologies of dephosphorization and decarburization in convener steelmaking and the characteristic of the new type sub-lance control system. Deep desulfurization and denitrification is achieved by multi-functional secondary refining, which results in short refining time and energy consumption reduction. By blowing Ar at the bottom of tundish, the inclusions are removed. Nozzle clogging is prevented by the improved inner material of nozzle and electro-chemical method. Using the mould flux with excellent heat preserving ability improves the heat preservation and lubricating function. Reinforcing control of solidification and cooling of liquid steel decreases the occurrence of cast crack.
