摘　　要：在英国政府的大力支持下,英国研究型大学积极进行跨学科科研生产力提升的实践创新。作为世界科学圣地,剑桥大学卡文迪什实验室以提升跨学科科研生产力为目标,践行人才引领、学术激活、氛围营造路径,其有效提升跨学科科研生产力的经验,为我国面临跨学科科研生产力提升挑战的诸多高校积极探索内生性发展树立了标杆。Research universities in Britain carry out actively the practical innovation on improving interdisciplinary research productivity under the support from British government. As the amazing place for science in the world, the cavendish laboratory in the University of Cambridge fulfills talents lead, academic activation, climates construction in order to improve the interdisciplinary research productivity which is its goal, the experience of promoting effectively interdisciplinary research productivity from the Cavendish laboratory, set benchmarks/or the endogenous development of Chinese colleges and universities which is being faced with the challenges of improving interdisciplinary research productivity.
