区域中小企业成长发展水平综合评价研究——以珠三角地区为例

摘　　要：通过构造区域中小企业成长发展评价模型,从区域中小企业发展规模、盈利能力、偿债能力和营运能力等四个方面评价区域中小企业的发展水平、发展速度和增长水平,并以珠江三角洲地区2001—2009年度的中小企业发展数据为例,对珠三角地区中小企业的成长发展水平进行了综合评价。The paper constructed an evaluation model to evaluate the development of the small - medium sized enterprises in a certain region. The model could evaluate the development level, the velocity and the growth level from the perspectives of the development scale, the profitability, the solvency and the operation capacity. Taking the pearl -river region as an example, this paper showed the application of this model. The practice confirmed the value and the validity of this model.
