摘　　要：首先提出了广州业务流程外包(BPO)竞争力资源池模型,并利用SWOT-PEST分析矩阵对广州BPO竞争力进行深入研究,旨在解决由金融危机催化的新一轮国际服务业转移中,在竞争日趋激烈的环境下如何实现广州BPO竞争力提升的问题。最后,基于SWOT-PEST矩阵交叉分析结果,提出了以科技管理手段提升广州BPO竞争力的对策与建议。Catalyzed by a new round of financial crisis, the international service industry, by undertaking international business process outsourcing （ BPO）, has become the implementation of technology management in Guangzhou for improving the industrial structure and promoting the development of tertiary industry new impetus. In this paper, the competitiveness of Guangzhou BPO resource pool model and the SWOT/PEST matrix BPO competitiveness of Guangzhou are deeply analyzed. The paper also proposes measures and suggestions on how to achieve competitive environment to enhance the competitiveness of Guangzhou BPO issues based on SWOT/PEST matrix analysis.
