摘　　要：总结唐为勇教授辨治小儿自闭症的临床经验。认为小儿自闭症是心、脑、肾三系一体的病变,治疗宜重视情志辨证;临床主要分抑制型和狂躁型两大类,分别以健脾滋肾、养心安神及滋水涵木、平肝熄风为治疗大法,同时结合精神及心理护理亦十分重要。This paper summarized Tang Weiyong＇ s experience in differentiating and treating pediatric autism. Tang views that pediatric autism is a disease related to heart, brain and kidney, and the emotion differentiation should be emphasized during treatment. In clinic, pediatric autism can be classified into two types： inhibitory type should be treated by tonifying spleen to nourish kidney and replenishing heart to quiet the spirit methods, and mania type should be treated by enriching water to nourish wood and soothing liver to subside wind methods. At the same time, mental nursing and psychological nursing are very important for the treatment.
