摘  要:目的研究艾灸对人体红外热像、心率、皮肤电导、血氧饱和度的即刻效应。方法选取46例在校大学生,对其双侧劳宫穴、神阙穴、22例足三里及22例涌泉穴依次进行艾灸,检测艾灸前后心率、皮肤电导、血氧饱和度,并采集其中41例受试者身体各部位艾灸前后红外热像数据。结果除鼻部、口部、胸部左侧、胸部右侧外,受试者其他部位艾灸前后红外热像数据比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。艾灸后皮肤电导、血氧饱和度、心率与艾灸前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论艾灸可即刻改善血液循环且对机体具有双向调节作用。Objective To observe the immediate effect of moxibustion on infrared thermal imaging, heart rate, skin conductance and blood oxygen saturation. Methods Forty six college students were selected. Moxibustion was conducted on bilateral laogong (PC8), shenque (RN8), bilateral zusanli (ST36) and yongquan (KI1). Heart rate, skin conductance and blood oxy- gen saturation were detected before and after moxibustion. Infrared thermal image data was collected in 41 subjects before and after moxibustion. Results There were significant differences in infrared thermal image data in various parts of the body expect nose, mouth, chest, left chest and right chest after moxibustion (P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01). The differences between before and after moxibustion in skin conductance, blood oxygen saturation and heart rate were significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion Moxibustion has two-way adjustment function and could improve blood circulation.
