射干地龙颗粒对小白鼠止咳祛痰作用研究

摘　　要：目的:考察射干地龙颗粒对动物发病模型的止咳祛痰效果。方法:采用小白鼠浓氨水诱咳法和酚红祛痰法。结果:生理盐水对照组和药物组引起半数小白鼠咳嗽所需的浓氨水喷雾时间(ET50)分别为19.2 s和30.43 s,R值为158.50%;以酚红标准溶液(X)对其吸收度(A值)(Y)作标准曲线为:Y=0.074 7 X-0.003 6,在0.1-10.0μg/mL浓度范围内呈线性关系,其相关系数为0.999 8,3个药物剂量组小鼠气管酚红排泌量与生理盐水对照组比较均呈显著性差异;3个药物剂量组之间无显著性差异。结论:射干地龙颗粒对小白鼠具有明显的止咳作用;对小白鼠气管分泌功能有显著增强作用。Objective： To study the effect of Shegan Mahuang Dilong SatL for relieving cough and dissipating phlegm on mice. Methods： Ammonia water-induced cough test and excretion of phenol red in trachea were adopted, Results： Time of half of mice began to cough （ETs0）in control and drug group was 19,2 s and 30.43 s, respectively. Calibration curves of phenol red was found to be linear at the range of 0.1-10.0 Ixg＇mL-~. The linear regression equation of the calibration curve was Y=0.0747 X- 0.003 6 with R2 of 0.999 8. The quantity of phenol red secreted by trachea of mice in drug group was significantly higher than that of the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shegan Mahuang Dilong San could effectively relieve cough and dissipate phlegm in mice.
