摘 要:研究了不同含量富铈混合稀土变质对含w(Fe)=2%的工业纯铝中富铁相组织形貌的影响。结果表明,w(Fe)=2%的工业纯铝中富铁相呈长针状或蠕虫状,添加稀土使该工业纯铝中的富铁相Al3Fe由长针状变为弥散细小的颗粒状。随着稀土含量的增加,α-Al晶粒逐渐得到细化,Al3Fe尺寸及数量不断减小。添加w(RE)=0.5%的稀土时,α-Al晶粒细化效果最佳,而且富铁相呈细小的颗粒状均匀分布在α-Al基体晶界处。The effect of different amount of mixed rare-earth enriched with Cerium on the morphology of iron-rich phase in industrial pure aluminum with containing of w (Fe) = 2% has been investigated. Tile results show that iron-rich phases in industry pure aluminum with containing of w(Fe) = 2% are long needle-like or worm-like. The shape of A13Fe phases is changed from the long needle into dispersive mini-granules while the rare-earth is added into the industry pure aluminum. The or-A1 grains will be refined gradually, the size and amount of A13Fe will be decreased gradually with the increasing of rare-earth addition. The α-A1 grain refining can be optimized while the addition of rare-earth getting to w (RE) - 0.5 %, and the iron-rich phases become mini-grains distributing on the grain boundaries of α-A1.
