摘 要:研究了以不同比例复配的羧基甜菜碱/烷醇酰胺体系与临盘原油的动态界面张力,筛选出了适用于临盘凝油的表面活性剂体系。结果表明,单一的烷醇酰胺或甜菜碱与临盘原油间的界面张力值达不到超低值;而两种活性剂以1∶1和2∶1进行复配时,具有明显的协同效应,在总浓度为0.005%~0.2%范围内,油水界面张力值可降低到10-4 mN/m数量级,且经过石英砂静态吸附后,复配体系具有较好的低界面张力性能,是一种具有现场应用价值的表面活性剂体系。Ultra-low interracial tension system plays an important role in chemical flooding process. The dynamic interracial tension (IFT) between compounds with different proportion of carboxylbe- taine / alkanolamide and Linpan crude oil was studied, a kind of surfactant system was screened for Linpan waxy oil. The results show that neither carboxylbetaine nor alkanolamide alone can reduceIFT to ultra-low value. Compound solutions of alkanolamide and carboxyl betaine present obvious synergism when the proportion is 1 : 1 and 2 : 1. The value of IFT can reach to 10^-4 mN/m magni- tude with 0. 005%- 0.2% compound system. After static adsorption by quartz sand, the surfactant system still has lower interfacial tension performance, with the possibility for field application.
