摘  要:以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烯丙基氯、亚硫酸氢钠为主要原料,两步法合成了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚丙基磺酸钠,在磺化反应中,m(硝酸钾)∶m(烯丙基醚)=1∶10、n(烯丙基醚)∶n(亚硫酸氢钠)=1∶2、水作为溶剂、体系pH值为5、反应温度85℃、反应时间3h,产物的总收率(以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为基准计算)达到92%。使用红外光谱对中间体烯丙基脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚以及产物脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磺酸钠进行了结构鉴定,并对产物表面(界面)性能以及应用性能(润湿、乳化、泡沫)进行了测试。产物表面张力为29.224mN/m,临界胶束浓度0.204mmol/L。产物与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)相比,具有较好的乳化力,且泡沫较低,但润湿力较差。The alkyl alcohol polyoxyethylene propyl ether sulfonate was synthesized through two steps using fatty alcohol ethoxylate, allyl chloride and bisulfite as raw materials. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: rn(KNOa) : m(allyl ether)=1 : 10, n(allyl ether) : n(NaHSO3)=1 : 2, water as solvent, pH 5, reaction temperature 85 ℃ and reaction time 3 h. Under the optimum condi- tions the yield of alkyl alcohol polyoxyethylene propyl ether sulfonate was 92G. The structures of the product and the intermediate were determined by FT-IR. The surface (interfacial) performances and application performances (wetting, emulsifying and foaming) were tested. The surface tension of the product was 29. 224 mN/m and cmc was 0. 204 mmol/L. The product had better emulsifying and low- er foaming abilities than AES, but its wetting power was poor.
