后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨和分析后交叉韧带撕脱骨折手术治疗的临床疗效。方法采用手术治疗36例后交叉韧带撕脱骨折,其中男26例,女10例,年龄24-55岁,平均32.6岁,根据骨折的类型,分别采用不同的手术方式,术后护支固定,积极进行功能锻炼。采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分评价术后膝关节功能恢复情况。结果所有患者均获得随访,随访时间12-38个月,平均26个月,术后8周所有骨折均愈合,切口均I级愈合,无感染及神经、血管损伤等并发症,Lysholm膝关节功能评分为93.6±8.9,所有患者对术后恢复情况均表示满意。结论手术治疗后交叉韧带撕脱骨折可以恢复膝关节的稳定性,能够取得良好的临床疗效。[ Objective ] To observe the clinic effect for surgery of tibial avulsion fractures of the posterior ligament. [ Methods ] 36 patients with tibial avulsion fractures of the posterior cruciate ligament were treated with surgery.The postoperative effect were appraised with Lysholm scores system. [ Results ] All the patients were followed up form 12 to 38 months, averaged 26 months. The Lysholm scores was 93.6 ± 8.9 postoperatively. All the patients were satisfied with the surgery. [ Conclusion ] The surgery of tibial avulsion fractures of the posterior crueiate ligament can recover the function of the knee, having good clinical effect.
