自我和谐影响大学生主观幸福感的多重中介比较

摘　　要：目的探讨自我和谐影响大学生主观幸福感的内在心理机制。方法采用自我和谐、社交焦虑、主观幸福感以及安全感问卷对466名大学生进行调查研究。结果①自我和谐、安全感与大学生主观幸福感显著正相关(P<0.05),社交焦虑与大学生主观幸福感显著负相关(r=-0.352,P<0.05);②社交焦虑、安全感在自我和谐对主观幸福感的影响中发挥着并行多重中介作用,当它们进入回归方程时,自我和谐对主观幸福感的影响减少(β=-0.305,t=4.49,P<0.05);③安全感对社交焦虑有明显的负向预测作用(β=-0.43,t=2.54,P<0.05)。结论自我和谐通过社交焦虑、安全感的并行多重中介作用对大学生主观幸福感产生影响。Objective To investigate the internal psychological mechanism for the effect of college students self-consistency and congruence on subjective well-being.Methods A total of 466 college students were measured with SCCS,SWLS,SQ and Social Anxiety subscale of the self-consciousness scale.Results ① Self-consistency and Congruence,security and subjective well-being correlated positively with each other（P〈0.05）,while social anxiety correlated negatively with subjective well-being（r=-0.352,P〈0.05）;②Self-consistency and congruence could influence subjective well-being through the parallel multiple mediating effects of social anxiety and security,Once security and social anxiety entered in the regression equation as a predictor,then the index of the effect of social support on life satisfaction was decreased（β=-0.305,t=4.49,P〈0.05）;③Security could negatively predict social anxiety（β=-0.43,t=2.54,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Self-consistency and congruence can influence subjective well-being through the parallel multiple mediating effects resulting from social anxiety and security.
