医学生坚韧人格与主观幸福感

摘　　要：目的了解医学生坚韧人格和主观幸福感的现状,研究医学生坚韧人格与主观幸福感的关系。方法整群随机抽取山东潍坊医学院临床专业大学二年级和大学三年级两个年级中的4个班,使用坚韧人格量表和总体幸福感量表进行调查研究,运用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果①大二学生的坚韧人格得分高于大三学生（70.21±9.10 vs.72.96±10.62,P〈0.05）,女生韧性因子和投入因子得分均高于男生（16.15±2.48 vs.16.88±2.48;15.81±2.42 vs 17.17±2.45,P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;②女生的主观幸福感总分高于男生（73.15±10.53 vs.78.24±9.71,P〈0.01）;③坚韧总分、韧性因子和控制因子皆与总体幸福感、精力、忧郁和愉快的心境、对情感和行为的控制、松弛和紧张等具有显著正相关（r=0.15~0.31,P〈0.01或P〈0.05）,而坚韧总分和控制因子也与生活的满足和兴趣具有显著相关（r=0.16、0.15;P〈0.05）,投入因子与总体幸福感、精力、忧郁和愉快的心境具有显著相关（r=0.26~0.31,P〈0.01）,挑战因子和生活的满足和兴趣、精力、忧郁和愉快的心境具有显著相关（r=0.16~0.18,P〈0.01或P〈0.05）;④坚韧人格的投入和控制两维度对总体幸福感有预测作用（β=0.21,0.18,P〈0.05）。结论①大二医学生的人格比大三医学生更坚韧;②女生比男生感觉更幸福;③坚韧人格可在一定程度上预测总体幸福感。Objective To explore the situation of hardiness and subjective well-being of medical students and their relationship.Methods Choose four classes of medical students in grade two and grade three by cluster random sampling in one medical university.Made an investigation with the scale of hardiness and the scale of general well-being and made use of SPSS17.0 statistics software to analyze.Results ①The score of hardiness in grade two was higher than that in grade three（70.21±9.10 vs.72.96±10.62,P〈0.05）.And the score of commitment and control of girl was higher than that of boys（16.15±2.48 vs.16.88±2.48;15.81±2.42 vs.17.17±2.45,P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.②The difference of subjective well-being in the gender had statistical significance（73.15±10.53 vs.78.24±9.71,P〈0.01）.③The total score of hardiness,toughness factor and control factor had significant correlation to general well-being,energy,depression and happy mood,and the control of emotion behavior,relaxation and tension（r=0.15～ 0.31,P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）,and the score of hardiness and control factor was related to life satisfaction and interests（r=0.16,0.15;P〈0.05）,commitment had significant correlation to general well-being,energy,depression and happy state of mind（r=0.26～0.31,P〈0.01）,challenge factor had significant correlation to life satisfaction and interest,energy,depression and happy state of mind（r=0.16～0.18,P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.④The input and the control of emotion and behavior could be used to predict general well-being（β=0.21,0.18;P〈0.05）.Conclusion Firstly,sophomore medical students’ personality is more fortitude than the junior medical students.Secondly,the girls feel happier than boys.Thirdly,hardiness can predict general well-being to some extent.
