摘　　要：目的:探讨64层螺旋CT容积扫描三维重建图像在诊断胸骨骨折中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经64层螺旋CT容积扫描的胸骨骨折病例25例,分别对横断面图像、矢状面图像、容积再现(VRT)图像进行观察分析。结果:本组25例患者均确诊胸骨骨折,横断面图像显示胸骨骨折23例,检出率为92%;矢状面显示胸骨骨折25例,检出率为100%。容积再现(VRT)图像显示骨折22例,检出率为88%。同时发现肋骨骨折23例,气胸19例,胸腔积液20例,肺挫裂伤18例,肩胛骨骨折2例,锁骨骨折1例。结论:64层螺旋CT容积扫描三维重建图像在诊断胸骨骨折中具有较高价值,是诊断胸骨骨折的首选检查方法。Objective： To study the clinical application values of three-dimensional reconstruction of 64-slices spiral CT scanning in the diagnosis of sternal fractures. Methods： The imaging data of 25 patients with sternal fractures scanned with the 64-slice spiral CT in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The 25 patients were diagnosed sternal fracture cases, 23 cases were found by transverse images, the accurate rate was 92%; sagittal images showed 25 cases, the rate was 100%; volume reproduce （VRT） images displayed 22 cases, the rate was 88%.And also found 25 rib fractures, 19 pneumothorax cases, 20 cases of pleural effusion, 18 pulmonarycontusion cases, 2 shoulder blade fractures, 1 clavicle fracture. Conclusion： Three-dimensional reconstruction of 64-slice spiral CT scanning is of high value in the diagnosis of sternal fractures, and it should be the modality of choice for diagnosing sternal fractures.
