摘 要:目的:探讨UF-500i型尿沉渣分析仪与干化学、显微镜检查联合检测尿液的应用价值。方法:随机选择965份本院住院患者尿液,同时用显微镜检测、尿干化学分析仪和UF-500i型全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测,比较其多个参数结果。结果:该方法测红细胞、管型和上皮细胞假阳性率较高,分别是19.6%、81.4%、15.6%,白细胞假阳性率较低,为2.52%。结论:UF-500i型尿沉渣分析仪与干化学法联合过筛并结合常规镜检复查可疑标本,可以排除假阳性结果,使尿液分析准确化,可极大提高其检测效果,为临床提供可靠依据。Objective: To determine the clinical value of UF-500 on urinary sediment analyzer in combination with dry chemical method and microscopic examination in urine detection. Methods: 965 urine samples were randomly selected and detected with the 3 methods. Then the results were compared. Results: For the detection with UF-500i method, the false positive rate was higher in tube type and epithelial cells. It was 19.6%, 81.4% and 15.6%, respectively. However, it was low for white cell (2.52%) . Conclusion: The UF-500i method can be used in combination with the other 2 methods for detection of suspicious specimens. The false positive results can be eliminated. So that the urine anysis of accuracy can be improved to and provide reliable basis for clinical practice.
