天灸疗法中不同皮肤反应与疗效关系的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察天灸疗法中不同皮肤反应程度与疗效之间的关系,探讨天灸治疗的皮肤护理方法。方法:随机抽取2010年7月～2011年1月在我科接受天灸治疗的85例患者,采用问卷调查结合电话随访的形式进行回顾性分析,调查其皮肤反应程度与疗效的关联性。结果:不同皮肤反应程度相对应的疗效之间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:皮肤反应强弱程度与疗效之间不存在明显差异。因此,实施天灸疗法应根据患者的个体差异,灵活掌握贴敷时间,在保障疗效的同时,又不增加患者痛苦。Objective：To observe the relationship between skin reaction degree and the efficacy of natural moxibustion therapy, and to explore methods of skin care during natural moxibustion treatment. Methods ： A retrospective analysis were conducted on 85 patients,who were selected randomly,received natural moxibustion therapy at our department form Jul. 2010 to Jan. 2011. Data were collected using a questionnaire survey combined with telephone follow - up. Results：There were no significant differences between skin reaction degree and treatment efficacy （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：There were no significant differences between the efficacy and skin reaction degree. Therefore,the implementation of natural moxibustion therapy should be based on individual differences, mastering sticking time flexibly to reduce patients pain without affecting treatment efficacy.
