摘　　要：在加工厂的生产及填筑作业过程中 ,有效地控制反滤料的级配、填筑边界及压实质量 ,满足技术规范要求 ,对保证小浪底大坝的安全运行是至关重要的。通过对反滤料的生产流程、加工工艺及现场填筑作业的分析 ,认为毛料级配、加工厂设备运行性能及压实设备的工作状态对于反滤料的级配有重大的影响。因此 ,监理工程师制定了反滤料的质量控制过程和控制点 ,在施工中取得较好的效果。During processing and packing,it is most important to effectively control the gradation,packing boundary and quality of the filter material in compliance with the technical specifications to ensure safety operation of the Xiaolangdi dam.Analysis shows that material grading,performance of processing system and behavior of rolling machinary can impose great effects on gradation of filter material.Consequently,the supervisory engineer has estabished the quality control process and points of filter material,which has begot good result in construction.
