摘　　要：阐述中医医案研究的意义,分析医案信息化的现状及发展趋势,提出对医案信息化的思考,包括医案数据库的知识化、海量医案的利用方式等方面。The paper elaborates the significance of the research on traditional Chinese medical records, analyzes the current status and development tendency of medical records informatization, puts forwards adviees including the construction of knowledge - based medi-cal records databases, utilization methods of the massive medical records, etc.
