分割式箱体对汽车附着率降低的研究

摘  要:为了解决载重汽车通过恶劣道路时由于附着率过低导致的车辆动力性无法完全发挥的问题,基于车辆加速上坡的受力分析,得出附着率的计算方法。通过MATLAB模拟质心位置改变对附着率的影响,得到陕汽SX3255BM294的质心水平、垂直位移与附着率关系。通过改装分割武车厢,用MATLAB计算得到分割式箱体分割处最佳位置在距离前轴1799.3mm左右。并求得分割式箱体将装载质量分部改变后质心位置向后移动了193ram.相比未改装之前附着率降低了至少7.4%。研究表明,分割式箱体可以通过质心的转移,降低附着率,从而有效地提升载重汽车在复杂道路上的动力性。In order to resolve the problem that the truck can not make its dynamic properties into running completely due to the low attachment rate when the truck passing the bad road. According to the analysis of vehicle accelerate uphill force, the calculation method of attachment rate is worked out. Through simulating the influence of the centroid moving by the soft MATLAB, the relation between attachment rate and the centroid's level and vertical position is obtained in SHANQI motors SX3255BM294. Through using split-type carriage, the best position that the split point in the split-type carriage should be located in is 1799.3ram far from the front axle. The centroid position is moved 193mm to the rear axle after the split-type carriage changed the mass loaded on the truck, and the attachment rate reduces 7.4% compared to unchanged, therefore, the split-type carriage can reduce the attachment rate by transferring the centroid, and can promote the dynamic properties of truck effectively.
