略议长江江苏段恶劣天气下的船舶安全引航操纵——基于大风、暴雨等严重影响空载机驳船通航安全问题的探讨

摘　　要：本文结合仪征水道的实际案例，针对暴风雨等恶劣天气影响长江江苏段水域的情况，依据船舶操纵的基本理论，从风、浪以及能见度等恶劣天气现象对船舶引航操纵的影响入手，结合机驳船的特点，阐述了暴风雨来袭前的准备工作。以及恶劣天气下船舶引航操纵应采取的应对措施，对船舶突遇暴风雨等恶劣天气情况下的引航操作具有较好的参考价值。In this paper, combined with the Yizheng waterways actual case, storms and other inclement weather affect the waters of the Jiangsu Section of Yangtze River, in accordance with the basic theory of ship maneuvering, from wind, waves and visibility in inclement weather phenomenon start the manipulation of the Pilotage binding machine bargeon the preparatory work before the storm struck, and the pilotage inclement weather manipulation should take countermeasures ship suddenly encountered a storm of adverse weather conditions, pilot operation has a good reference value.
