全球经济不平衡、全球合作和治理向何处去?——ICMB国际研讨会侧记  

Where Are Global Imbalance,and Global Cooperation and Governance Going? —Sidelights on an ICMB Symposium

摘　　要：日内瓦国际货币银行研究中心(ICMB)2012年度重点问题报告的主题是国际合作和国际治理,多位来自主要国家和国际组织的专家学者针对该报告进行了研讨。本文认为,欧美学界、金融界主流对全球外部经济不平衡问题存在思维定势,其他重大问题未能得到足够重视;在中国问题上,亚洲、发展中国家及较小的发达国家与欧美发达大国的立场和观点存在较大差异;加强中国金融界与欧洲金融界的学术交流和政策对话大有可为。Many experts and scholars from major countries and international organizations have conducted researches on and held discussions about the 2012 Geneva Report published by the International Center for Monetary and Banking Studies(ICMB) with the theme of 'international cooperation and international governance'.This paper holds that there exists a fixed mindset among mainstream Western academic and financial circles on global imbalances and that they also have not paid enough attention to other major issues.There also exist some obvious differences among Asian developing countries,small developed countries as well as the United States and Western countries in their attitude and viewpoints on China-related issues.To strengthen exchanges and policy dialogue between the financial circles of China and Europe will play a big role in reducing mutual discrepancies.
