摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展和电力市场的变化 ,东北电网峰谷差不断加大 ,供需矛盾日益尖锐 ,规划水电开发项目 ,开发建设抽水蓄能、扩建混合抽水蓄能、扩建机组、实施老旧机组改造 ,以增加水电装机容量 ,提高系统调峰能力 。With the development of society and economy and the change of the power market, the difference between peak and valley of the Northeast power pool is steadily increasing and the contradiction between supply and demand is becoming increasingly acute. It is therefore imperative to make plans for hydropower development projects and those for building pumped storage power stations, extending mixed pumped storage stations and pumped storage groups as well as innovating old ones so as to increase the hydropower installed capacity, improve the peak modulating capability and meet the demand of the power market.
