摘　　要：分析了镉镍碱性蓄电池失效的原因,介绍了修复工艺,特别是用于蓄电池容量恢复的"三段式"的"三充两放"化成检修工艺。The causes to failure of the nickel alkali storage battery are analyzed. The recovery technology, especially the 'three-section type' '3-charge and 2-discharge' inspection and repair technology for recovery of storage battery capacity, is described.
