摘  要:热镀锌高强钢被广泛应用,重点介绍了高强IF钢、烘烤硬化钢、双相钢、相变诱导塑性钢、复相钢、淬火配分钢、孪晶诱导塑性钢等高强钢热镀锌的研究进展,阐述了最新高强钢中大量硅、锰等强化元素的添加造成的可镀性差问题及其研究方向和解决措施,指出未来采用预氧化还原热镀锌工艺是高强钢热镀锌实现工业生产的主流方向。A review is provided of the latest research progress about hot-dip galvanizing of high strength steel including high strength interstitial free steel,bake-hardenable steel,dual-phase steel,phase transformation induced plastic steel,complex-phase steel,quench and partitioned steel and twin crystal induced plastic steel.It is elucidated that the introduction of a large amount of alloying elements such as Si and Mn makes the high-strength steels difficult to be coated,and countermeasures in this respect are suggested.Besides,it is pointed out that hot-dip galvanizing technology associated with pre-oxidation and reduction process will be the main method in industrialized galvanizing of high-strength steel.
