摘 要:采用富铝合金涂料制备防腐蚀涂层,以往未见研究报道。采用55%Al-Zn-Si合金粉末热烧结制备涂层,并与质量比为4∶1的Zn-Al混合粉末和单一锌粉制备的涂层进行比较:通过电化学和中性盐雾试验研究了其耐蚀性能,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)观察了Al-Zn-Si合金涂层的腐蚀形貌,研究了腐蚀产物的相组成。结果表明,Al-Zn-Si合金涂层也具有阴极保护作用,且其腐蚀电流密度较单一锌粉和Zn-Al混合粉末制备的涂层要小,其耐盐雾腐蚀性能优于其他2种涂层。The powder of 55%Al-Zn-1.6%Si was prepared into Al-Zn-Si alloy coating by sintering at elevated temperature.Zn-Al mixed powder(mass ratio 4∶1) and Zn powder were also prepared into relevant coatings for comparative studies in the same manner.The corrosion resistance of as-prepared coatings was evaluated with an electrochemical test rig and a neutral salt-spray test rig.The morphology of corroded coating surfaces and phase composition of corroded products were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction,respectively.Results show that as-prepared Al-Zn-Si alloy coating is able to protect the cathode,and its corrosion potential is smaller than that of Zn coating and Zn-Al coating.Besides,as-prepared Al-Zn-Si alloy coating has better salt-spray corrosion resistance than that of Zn coating and Zn-Al coating.
