摘 要:目的运用Meta分析法对父母氯酚类职业接触与儿童白血病、淋巴瘤的关联性作出综合评价。方法通过计算机检索所有有关氯酚类职业接触与儿童白血病和淋巴瘤关联性的文献,去除不符合纳入条件的文献,根据入选文献的异质性检验结果,确定采用固定或随机效应模型进行比值比(OR)合并分析,结合漏斗图和Egger's线性回归检验来评估发表偏倚。结果共有7篇公开发表的文献进入Meta分析,结果表明:氯酚类职业接触与儿童白血病和淋巴瘤之间的合并OR值及95%置信区间(CI)分别为1.59和1.26~2.02;父亲氯酚类职业接触OR值为1.65,95%CI为0.84~3.22,母亲氯酚类职业接触OR值为1.58,95%CI为1.23~2.04。结论父母氯酚类职业接触与儿童白血病和淋巴瘤间有关联性。Objective To study the relationship between occupational chlorophenol exposure and childhood leukemia or lymphoma with Meta analysis. Methods Computer literatures related to occupational chlorophenol exposure, childhood leuke- mia and lymphoma were collected, the unqualified articles were removed. Fixed or random effects model were used to combine with the odd ratio (OR) of all studies according to the result of heterogeneity test among the individual studies. Funnel plot and Egger's test were used to assess the publication bias. Results 7 papers were collected for analysis. Meta analysis results showed that the combined OR (95% CI) for childhood leukemia and lymphoma was 1.59( 1.26 -2. 02). OR (95% CI) for paternal and maternal exposure were 1.65 (0. 84 - 3.22) and 1.58 ( 1.23 - 2. 04) respectively. Conclusion Parents' chlorophenol ex- posure was significantly associated with childhood leukemia and lymphoma.
