摘　　要：台湾的"国际空间"问题或曰对外交往问题既是处理两岸政治关系的关键性议题,也是岛内"台独"势力直接操弄、塑造悲情意识凝聚民意的一个有效的工具。在两岸关系大发展、大交流的新形势下如何解决它,已经成为两岸互动最为敏感的问题之一。解决台湾"国际空间"问题主要体现为台湾参与国际组织和"邦交国"关系两方面。祖国大陆应从战略高度上认识解决"国际空间"问题的必要性和重要性;应当灵活务实、循序渐进,找出双方都能接受的办法。The issue of Taiwan's "International Space"is both a key issue in the handling of cross-Strait political relations and an effective tool for the "Taiwan Independence Movement"to manipulate and shape a cohesive "tragedy sense"in Taiwan. Under the new situation of positive development and exchange in cross-Strait relations,how to solve this problem has become a rather sensitive issue for the interaction between the two sides. Taiwan's "International Space"is mainly reflected in the issues related to Taiwan's participation in international organizations and relationships with the countries with which it keeps "diplomatic relations. " The Mainland should understand,from a strategic perspective,the necessity and importance of solving this problem,and should be flexible and pragmatic,making step-by-step progress and trying to find a solution that will be mutually acceptable.
