补肾祛邪方治疗血管运动性鼻炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾祛邪方治疗血管运动性鼻炎的疗效。方法:选择血管运动性鼻炎91例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组46例,采用补肾祛邪方治疗,对照组45例,用激素、抗过敏药治疗。结果:疗程结束半年后,治疗组显效率为82.6%;对照组显效率为35.6%。治疗组与对照组远期疗效相比较明显优于对照组,有显著性差异。结论:补肾祛邪方治疗血管运动性鼻炎疗效好,复发率低。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of Bushen Quxie Decoction on vasomotor rhinitis.Methods：91 cases of vasomotor rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in treatment group（TG）and 45 cases in control group（CG）.Cases in TG were treated with this decoction,while those in CG were treated with glucocorticoid and anti-allergy medicine,and lasted for 30 days.Results：Six months after the end of treatment,the long obvious effective rate was 82.6% in TG,while it was 35.6% in CG.There was a significant difference between the two groups in their therapeutic effects（P0.05）.Conclusion：Bushen Quxie Decoction is very effective for vasomotor rhinitis.
