摘　　要：目的:探讨康心汤对维生素D缺乏小鼠心脏的保护作用。方法:运用干扰维生素D合成的两个途径(避光及饮食),观察正常组、模型组、康心汤治疗组维生素D、肾素、心脏结构变化。结果:康心汤治疗组能改善维生素D缺乏模型心脏结构。结论:康心汤对维生素D缺乏模型心脏具有保护作用。Objective：To investigate the protective effect of Kangxin Decoction on mice heart with vitamin D deficiency.Methods：The interference of the two pathways of vitamin D synthesis（light and diet）was used and the serum vitamin D,renin and changes of cardiac structure in normal group,model group and Kangxin Decoction group were observed.Results：Kangxin Decoction can improve the cardiac structure of the vitamin D deficiency model.Conclusion：Kangxin Decoction has protective effecton on heart of vitamin D deficiency model.
