摘　　要：通过对相关研究概念的界定,在大量文献分析、专家调查访谈的基础上,整理出评价指标体系层次结构,再通过层次分析法对评价指标体系进行权重制定。评价指标体系可以辨别网络数字文献平台的优劣,区分出同质平台的好差,也为图书情报机构的资源采购合同提供了服务质量条款的参考。由于SaaS云模式技术性较强,限制了专家调查数据以及指标两两比较过程的准确性。因此,在指标两两比较的定量化过程中,与指标相关性的结合是需要更加深入研究的问题。By the definition of the related concepts, in the extensive literature analysis and by expert interviews, it sorts out the hierarchy of the evaluation index system, and formulates the weights of evaluation. The index system helps to judge the quality of the digital literature platform and the similar platform, also it raises a reference which can be used in the resource procurement contracts. Because of the technical professional of SaaS, it limits the accuracy of the further problem to solve is the index correlation in the pairwise expert survey and pairwise comparisons.
