摘　　要：网上联合参考咨询服务是传统参考咨询服务发展的必然趋势,开展网上联合参考咨询服务的基本工作是建设服务平台,需要有一定的相关技术作为支撑,应遵循一定的原则构建平台,充分发挥平台的服务功能和管理功能。The online collaborative reference must be the developmental trend of of traditional reference, building the platform of it is the basic work The platform needs some related technology as support, and it should be acted on basic principles in order to give full play to the service function and management function of it.
