小儿湿疹软膏对动物接触性湿疹模型的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿湿疹软膏对动物接触性湿疹模型的影响,为小儿湿疹软膏的研究开发提供实验依据。方法:用2,4-二硝基氯苯致敏和攻击,建立豚鼠和小鼠变应性接触性皮炎模型,计算豚鼠和小鼠的耳肿胀度,并测量豚鼠的湿疹面积。结果:经小儿湿疹软膏治疗后,豚鼠的红斑、水肿、抓痕等皮损形态明显减轻,湿疹面积明显减小;小鼠的耳廓肿胀度也有显著改善。结论:小儿湿疹软膏对实验性接触性湿疹有明显的治疗效果,有望成为很好的治疗婴幼儿湿疹的外用新药。Objective：To study the effect of Children Eczema Ointment on allergic contact dermatitis of experimental animals,and to provide experimental basis for the research and development of Children Eczema Ointment.Methods：By scrawling DNCB on the naked skin for making allergic contact dermatitis models of guinea pig and mice,and calculating ear swelling and measuring eczema area.Results：After the treatment by Children Eczema Ointment,the symptoms of guinea pig,including erythema,edema,scratches and other forms of skin lesions,have reduced significantly.And the eczema areas have also declined obviously;In addition,the ears swelling of mice has also apparently improved.Conclusion：Children Eczema Ointment has the conspicuous therapeutic effect on the experimental contact eczema,which is expected to become a good new drug to treat infantile eczema.
