热痹康汤对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清IL-1β及IL-4的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察热痹康汤对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清白介素-1β(IL-1β)及白介素-4(IL-4)的影响,以初步揭示热痹康汤治疗类风湿关节炎的机理,并为其在临床上治疗类风湿关节炎提供实验依据。方法:采用牛Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)大鼠模型,以甲氨蝶呤作对照,观察热痹康汤对各组大鼠的关节肿胀指数以及血清IL-1β、IL-4水平的影响。结果:热痹康汤能降低CIA大鼠血清IL-1β的水平,升高IL-4的水平,作用与甲氨蝶呤相当。结论:热痹康汤能下调CIA大鼠血清IL-1β水平、提高IL-4的水平,是其治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机理之一。Objective To observe the effect of ReBiKang decoction on serum IL-1β and IL-4 levels in CII-induced arthritis rats,to explore the mechanism of ReBiKang decoction treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis and to provide a basical experiment for the treatment of Chinese herbal medicine in Rheumatoid Arthritis.Methods：Use Bovine type II collagen to cause to the model of treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis,compare to methotrexate,observe the change of the index of swelling in rats’ articulation,adopt immunology exam each group serum IL-1β and IL-4 levels in CII-induced arthritis rats.Results：ReBiKang decoction can be significantly reduced joint swelling in rats index,a significant reduction in serum IL-1β raise the level of IL-4,and the role of methotrexate fairly.Conclusion：ReBiKang decoction include the level of IL-1β raise the level of IL-4 to experimental arthritis serum,which are the mechanism to treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
