本事琥珀散对子宫内膜异位症大鼠Th1/Th2漂移的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过比较本事琥珀散治疗前后子宫内膜异位症(EMs)大鼠模型血清辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th细胞)分泌干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)及其比值的变化,探讨本事琥珀散对EMs Th1/Th2漂移的影响。方法:采用自体内膜移植法建立EMs大鼠模型,随机分为正常组、伪手术组、疾病模型组、本事琥珀散组和达那唑组,给药4周后ELISA法检测血清IFN-γ和IL-4水平,并计算IFN-γ/IL-4比值。结果:与疾病模型组比较,本事琥珀散组IFN-γ/IL-4比值明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:EMs大鼠模型血清Th细胞存在Th2向Th1漂移的现象,对异位内膜的生长具有促进作用。本事琥珀散能够纠正Th1/Th2的漂移,对EMs一定的具有治疗作用。Objective：By comparing the changes of IFN-γ andIL-4 in endometriosis model rats in before and after using BenShiHu-PoSan（BSHPS）,we discuss about the Effects of BSHPS on Th1/Th2 drift in Endometriosis.Methods：First,establish the rat model of EMs by transplanting autologous endometrium to the abdominal wall.Then divide the rats randomly into 5 groups：normal group,pseudo operation group,disease group,BSHPS group and danazol group.Finally,detect the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 by ELISA,after dosing for 4 weeks.Results：Compared with the disease group,the ratio of IFN-Y/IL-4 in BSHPS group is significantly reduced（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Th2 cells drift to Th1 cells in EMs model rats,that has a stimulative effect on the growth of ectopic endometrium.BSHPS can correct the Th1/Th2 drift,and has a certainly therapeutic effect on EMs.
