摘  要:针对某板状齿轮零件内外同轴度和平整度要求高以及生产批量大的特点,设计了倒装复合模,配置上压及推料系统,使倒装复合模达到顺装复合模冲压件的高精度及高平整度的要求;此装置还可以使零件嵌在条料中间带出模具冲压区,便于连续冲压;并且使复合模具有级进模生产率高、便于实现自动送料的特点;配以辊式自动送料装置后,实现了复合模自动冲压。利用模外出件装置,解决了零件嵌在条料中间不易排出的问题。将台阶式模柄改成盖板式模柄,可以方便模具的刃磨以及更换老化的橡胶。The platy gear demands high internal and external axiality and flatness, and its production lot is very large. According to this characteristic, upside-down compound die and swaging-pushing system were designed, in order to make the upside-down compound die have high precision and flatness as the same as the ordinal compound stamping parts. In addition, by using mold external output device, the compound die also possessed the easy operation and high productivity as the same as the progressive die. At last, instead of the stepped die shank, the cover board die shank was chosed. In this case, it is very convenient for cutter sharpening and the renewal of aging rubber.
