摘 要:为了实现锻造煤气加热炉的节能降耗,根据煤气加热炉的加热原理,结合工厂实际生产状况,对加热炉结构及供热方式进行了改造。采取缩小炉膛底面积,增加煤气回拢性,提高煤气利用率;在炉体外型尺寸不变的情况下,通过减小炉膛面积,使炉体内腔壁加厚,并在炉膛内布置若干块Φ120mm×240mm空心蓄能砖,增加高保温效果,提高炉膛使用寿命;重新配置进气结构,减少煤气进气量,由原来的4个烧嘴改为2个烧嘴,对煤气供气口进行合理配置,降低了煤气炉的能耗,全年可节省煤气费用60余万元。由于加热炉采用了均匀加热温度方式,提高了锻件加热质量,大大降低了产品废品率,为实现锻造用加热炉的改造和节能降耗提供了有效的实践依据。For the purpose of saving power source, referring the heating principle of gas heating furnace in touch with the real production situation, the heating furnace conformation and the style of providing heat were reformed. The fur- nace hearth bottom area was reduced, gas recycle usage ratio was enlarged and the gas utility was increased. In condi- tion of non-changing shape , the measures were taken, such as reducing furnace hearth area, adding thickness of inside hearth , fixing up some inanity storing brick of ~120 mmX240 mm in furnace to increase the temperature holding effect and its service life, rearranging gas refilling system structure, changing the gas passing nozzles from 4 to 2, and rea- sonably arranging gas filling opening, the gas consumption was reduced and the gas spending was saved for 600 thou- sands Yuan per year. Because the uniform heating method was used in the furnace , the product quality was increased and the unqualified product rate was lowered. This provides an effective reference for reforming the heating furnace and saving power source.
